The Pedestal Chardonnay 2025 delivered one of the best-value performances in our blind tasting, combining generous flavour with impressive freshness and elegance. Lemon, peach and tropical fruit are joined by hints of fig, quince and crisp apple, while carefully judged French oak adds texture without overwhelming the fruit. Balanced acidity carries the wine through a clean, persistent and gently mineral finish. Pair with roast chicken, grilled salmon, fish tacos or soft cheese.
