This wine has been a staple on our shelves for a long time - its always good to check the produce. When unmasked the Filius Chardonnay 2025 the end of the tasting, we were pleased that our judges agree with our customers on the quality and value of this wine. Grace and elegance, this wine has notes of rockmelon, Granny Smith apple and lemon curd are layered with gentle savoury notes and fine limestone minerality. Wild fermentation and seven months in French oak bring a restrained creamy texture, balanced by polished acidity and a dry, gently powdery finish. Pair with grilled prawns, roast chicken, baked fish or creamy pasta.
