Rustenberg Stellenbosch Chardonnay 2025 is a classic old world style chardonnay, presenting richness and freshness, making it a memorable wine during our tasting. Apricot and orange peel aromas lead into flavours of citrus, marzipan and sponge cake, with a gentle coconut note adding complexity. Wild barrel fermentation and French oak maturation create a creamy, rounded texture, while bright acidity keeps the wine balanced through its long, polished finish. Pair with roast chicken, grilled fish, creamy pasta or soft cheese.
