Australian Whisky
700ml
Single Malt
Nullaki Pinot Cask Matured is a Western Australian single malt aged in a premium French oak barrique previously used for Picardy Pinot Noir from Pemberton. Floral, perfumed aromas lead into crisp red fruit, smooth malt and gentle spice, with the wine cask adding elegance without overwhelming the whisky’s barley character. One of Nullaki’s oldest releases to date, it is smooth and layered through the palate before finishing slightly dry and savoury rather than overtly sweet.
