In true Bin 311 style, not unlike Yattarna, the 2018 vintage exhibits lemon/lime aromas and a mineral acid backbone, complemented by barrel fermentation and maturation in new and seasoned oak.
A cutting-edge, cool-climate chardonnay sourced from Tasmania, Tumbarumba and Adelaide Hills. An elegant wine with honeydew melon, white peach and cashew flavours.
