Product Details

Picardy Chardonnay 2025 is a finely detailed Pemberton Chardonnay with white peach, lemon, golden apple and delicate floral notes, layered with almond, subtle spice and gentle creamy oak. The palate is elegant and linear, combining bright acidity, fine texture and a chalky mineral edge, finishing long with citrus, almond and a saline lift. Made from four Dijon clones and matured for around 10 months in French oak, with 25% new oak.
