John George Chardonnay 2021 is a single-vineyard Margaret River Chardonnay from the Brushwood Vineyard in Yallingup. Matured for ten months in French oak barriques, it offers ripe yellow peach, honeydew melon, candied lemon and honeysuckle, with toasty oak adding richness. The palate is rounded and generous, balanced by fine acidity and finishing with lemon curd, stone fruit and subtle oak spice.
