Cullen Kevin John Legacy Series Solstice Sun Chardonnay 2025 is a powerful, deeply textured Margaret River Chardonnay with persimmon, fig, quince and dried pear layered with vibrant citrus, flint, hazelnut and subtle vanilla. Two days in beeswax-lined amphora followed by fermentation and maturation in new oak adds richness and complexity, while fine acidity, saline minerality and phenolic tension keep the wine precise and energetic through an exceptionally long finish.
