Paul Chavy Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot 2023 is a generous yet finely balanced Chardonnay from around 45-year-old vines on clay-limestone and sandstone soils. White peach and citrus are layered with brioche, subtle spice and a polished creamy texture, while fresh mineral tension keeps the wine focused and elegant. Extended lees ageing and restrained new oak add depth without masking the vibrant fruit, leading to a long, composed finish.
