Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc 2024 is a taut, high-altitude Chardonnay from the En Creuzilly site, sitting around 420 metres above sea level. Bright lime, citrus and delicate white florals lead the way, with a subtle reductive edge adding complexity. The palate is fresh and tightly structured, combining racy acidity, chalky mineral drive and impressive depth through a long, precise finish.
