Paul Chavy Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2023 is a rare, deeply concentrated Chardonnay sourced equally from En Charlemagne in Pernand-Vergelesses and Le Charlemagne in Aloxe-Corton. Ripe peach and pineapple are lifted by delicate floral notes, while the palate combines impressive breadth and structure with finely judged oak. A pronounced saline, mineral edge brings freshness and precision to the long, harmonious finish. Only two barrels were produced, with maturation split between barrel and stainless steel.
