Sauvignon Blanc
Domaine du Bouchot Pouilly-Fumé Terres Blanches is a refined Sauvignon Blanc with lemon, lime and green apple layered with elderflower, subtle herbs and a distinctive chalky, stony minerality.
The palate is silky and precise, with bright acidity, gentle lees-derived texture and a long, dry finish marked by citrus and mineral grip.
The fruit is biodynamically farmed and the wine is made with minimal intervention.
