Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Les Champlots 2023 is a Chardonnay from a south-west facing Premier Cru site, known for its wind exposure and fresh, energetic fruit profile. It shows citrus, red apple, peach and floral lift with crushed limestone detail, leading into a satiny, medium-bodied palate with melon, grapefruit and a bright saline finish.
