A Margaret River Chenin Blanc produced with wild yeasts, minimally filtered and minimal sulphites. Aromas of green pineapple, mango and passionfruit. A dry and refreshing Chenin Blanc that exhibits apple/citrus flavours and a textural mid palate with a long finish. Will suit seafood and white meats. Drink young or age for 5-8 years.
