Mount Mary Triolet 2024 is a beautifully composed Yarra Valley blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle, showing lemon zest, white florals and orchard fruit alongside subtle saline, almond and flinty notes. Barrel fermented and matured in barriques and puncheons, including 20% new oak, the palate combines impressive concentration with bright acidity, fine texture and gentle phenolic grip. There is excellent balance between citrus freshness, mineral tension and understated richness, carrying through to an exceptionally long, precise finish. 13.3% ABV.
