The assortment of varieties used are very aromatic and tropical with a beautiful viscosity to them, which balances the other textural elements.
It’s not exactly white wine, nor red – many call it Orange or Amber wine, but UZ just calls it Esoterico. No fining or filtration.
Inspired by the most ancient wines known to man, Esoterico is a mixture of incense-like aromatics, astringent tannins, and a brilliant amber color. The perfect wine for those hard-to-match foods such as aged cheeses and spicy dishes.
