Salty, slick and full of zip. This is Pinot Grigio with a bit of attitude – or Riesling that’s spent a little too long in the sun. We gave it extra time on skins this year and slipped in a splash of Fernão Pires for a hint of spice. Open it with seafood, or don’t bother. Either way, it delivers.
