New to the line-up in 2021, coming out swinging.
An alsatian inspired blend with a bit of a twist. Predominantly Riesling that was skin soaked for 18 hours before pressing. Blended with Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and Vermentino.
They wanted to make a light to medium bodied, aromatic white wine. A wine that sits perfectly between our Vermentino, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Something that got you excited for a second, third, fourth glass! It has so many layers and flavours to keep you intrigued.
Pear skin, green apple, musk stick, rosewater and white stone fruit. It has the perfect balance of palate weight and tight, saline acidity.
