Domaine Blaird Apremont Cuvee Thomas
A blend of different Jacquère parcels, aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks for 9 months before bottling. On the nose, there is a beautiful, floral aroma with an alpine lift, very captivating. The palate is salty, like the best Jacquères are, with zingy tension and drive. A minerally wine for sure it grows in weight and has and attractive lengthy finish.
